Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) after payment is received. Orders placed in weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Rates & Delivery

Shipping is costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship with the U.S. ONLY. Most orders usually arrive within 1 week, and is subject to carrier delays.

 

 

 

 

Refund/Return Policy

Due to the sensitivity of the product, returns are not accepted, however, if you are for any reason unsatisfied with our freshness policy, please email us (We typically respond within 24 hours) or call us (Monday - Friday, 9am to 4pm EST.). If your product container was compromised in any way, affecting the freshness of your cotton candy, we'll require a photo sent to our email within 1 week of having received our product.
